Assigning Ad hoc email rule to mailbox

About this task

Use this procedure to assign Ad hoc email rules to a mailbox.

Procedure

  1. Start Omnichannel Administration Utility.
  2. In the navigation pane, click E-mail.
  3. Click Recipient Addresses and select the mailbox to configure the Ad hoc email rule.
  4. Under the Email Approval section in the mailbox, select an Ad hoc Rule.
    Note:

    If no Ad hoc Rule is assigned on mailbox, Ad hoc emails sent from that mailbox will not be sent for approval.

  5. Click Save.

    The Ad hoc email rule is applied to the mailbox.
