Use this procedure to start the Oceana Data Management utility.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Omnichannel Database server.
  2. Go to the OCEANA_INSTALL_DIR\Avaya\Oceana\MMDataManagement folder.
  3. Double-click the OceanaDataManagementTool.exe file.
