The Oceana Data Management utility includes the Backup and Restore tab. With this tab, you can:

• Take a backup of the Omnichannel database to preserve its data.

• Restore the Omnichannel database.

• Create a schedule task to take a backup of the Omnichannel database.

• View the status of the scheduled backup task.

You perform backup and restore operations mainly during the upgrade process.
