Prepare for switchback: Before starting any switchback operations on a production Avaya Oceana® and Avaya Analytics™ DR system, you must refer several key documents.

Agree on a date, time, and duration for planned maintenance windows with customers as Avaya Oceana® and Avaya Analytics™ will be unavailable.
