About this task
Use this procedure to set the primary site CustomerControllerService on Avaya Oceana® Cluster 3 to true.
If the chat channel is not deployed on Avaya Oceana®, you can skip this procedure.
Note:
You must configure the customer-deployed chat front-end application to point to the Oceana DR system. The deployment instructions are beyond the scope of this guide, as each deployment utilizes different methods to integrate into the Oceana back-end systems. For more information on the various disaster recovery configurations, see Overview.
