Creating a location for Avaya Oceana

Procedure

  1. On the Avaya Control Manager webpage, click Configuration > Locations.
  2. On the Location List page, click Add.
  3. On the Location Add page, perform the following steps:
    1. In the Name field, enter the name of the location.
    2. In the Description field, enter the description of the location.
    3. Optional In the Auditing Location field, leave the value as False or select True to activate audit logging for the location.
    4. Click Save.
