Use this procedure to deploy Web Voice and Video prompts to Avaya Aura® Media Server.

Procedure

  1. In your web browser, enter the following URL to log on to Avaya Aura® Media Server Element Manager:

    https://<Avaya Aura Media Server_FQDN>:8443/emlogin

  2. On the login page, enter the login credentials and click Sign In.
  3. On the Avaya Aura® Media Server Element Manager interface, click Tools > Media Management.
  4. On the Media Management page, click Add.
  5. In the Name field, type workflow.
  6. On the Media Management page, select the check box for the workflow namespace and click Browse.
  7. On the Provision Media page, select the workflow namespace and click Add Content Group.
  8. In the New Content Group dialog box, in the Name field, type media and click Save.
  9. On the Provision Media page, select the media content group and click Add Content Group.
  10. In the New Content Group dialog box, in the Name field, type en_us and click Save.
  11. On the Provision Media page, select the en_us content group and click Add Media.
  12. In the Add Media dialog box, add all the media .wav files.
