Configuring the first Transfer to Service Implicit User for Web Voice

About this task

Use this procedure to create a new Transfer to Service Implicit User for Web Voice through Avaya Control Manager.

Before you begin

Ensure that Avaya Oceana® Cluster 1 is in the running and accepting state.

Procedure

  1. On the Avaya Control Manager webpage, click Configuration > Avaya Oceana™ > Route Points.
  2. On the Route Points List page, click Add.
  3. To add the Transfer to Service Implicit User, perform the following steps:
    1. In the Type field, select Implicit User.
    2. In the Sub Type field, select Transfer.
    3. In the Name field, enter a name for the Implicit User.
    4. In the Address field, enter a number based on the pattern that you specified while configuring the Avaya Breeze® platform Implicit User Profile in System Manager.

      For example, if you specified the pattern as 999x, then enter a number such as 9990, 9992, or 9999.

    5. Click Save.
