Avaya Oceana®, provides the ability to control sequence of sending the startup message to bot. This functionality allows you to send initial messages from SMS or Social channels to the BotConnector. For controlling and sending the initial message automatically, after the agent has joined the following two attributes are introduced:

• Toggle sending of _startup sequence: This attribute if set to true by default.

• Toggle sending of initial messages to bot: This attribute if set to false by default.
