Using Zang portal

Procedure

  1. Log on to https://cloud.zang.io or zang.io (old zang portal).
  2. Click Numbers > My Numbers.If you are using old zang portal then Click > Manage Numbers.
  3. Click the SMS configuration.If you are using old zang portal then Click SMS tab.
  4. In the SMS Request Url field, enter the sms request url for your phone number.

    This URL must be in the following format:

    1. https://pubsub.zang.io /<AccountSID>/SMS/Incoming.Where <Account SID> is the Account SID displayed for the SMS account on the Zang SMS Portal Dashboard.
    Note:

    It is applicable for Avaya CPaaS and Zang SMS services only and not applicable for any other 3rd party SMS services.
