Last Updated : Sep 24, 2020 |

About this task

As a workflow administrator, you can view information about completed instances in the Engagement Designer Admin console. You can also review issues related to errors, successful completion with or without errors, and completed instances. With the Error Handled and UCID/WRID options in the Advanced Search, you can now search for error handled instances and instances by work request ID.

By default, the Admin console retains 2000 error handled instances for 7 days. However, you can set the values in the Number of days the user want to retain error instances and Maximum limit for the number of error instances to be retained properties of the EngagementDesigner attribute. The Treat error handled instances like successfully completed instance property determines whether the error handled instances are treated like successfully completed instances for delete operation.
