Use this procedure to create another virtual server for authorization. This server accepts the network requests on port 9443 from the remote clients and forwards them to the designated Avaya Oceana® Authorization cluster.
Procedure
On the Virtual Traffic web admin interface, click Services > Virtual Servers.
The interface displays the Create a new Virtual Server page.
In the Name field, enter a name for the virtual server.
In the Protocol field, select HTTP.
In the Port field, select 443.
In the Default Traffic pool field, select the pool created for authorization.
In the Basic Settings area, select Enabled:Yes.
In the Basic Settings area, select Listening on: Traffic IP Groups and select the Traffic IP group that you create.
Click SSL Decryption.
In the ssl_decrypt field, select Yes.
In the certificate field, select the SSL certificate created for agent connections.
Leave the other settings to default and click Update.
On the Virtual Server tab, click the virtual server for authorization to return to the Virtual Server configuration page.
Click Protocol Settings > HTTP-Specific Settings.
Verify that the autodetect_upgrade_headers field is set to yes.
If this field is not set to yes, set it to yes and apply the changes.
On the Virtual Server tab, click the virtual server for authorization to return to the Virtual Server configuration page.
