To deploy the Multimedia remote worker solution, you must document FQDNs and IP addresses of Avaya Oceana® and Avaya Analytics™ interfaces that remote workers access during normal operations.

Avaya Oceana® Cluster 5 is another optional cluster. If your solution requires Avaya Oceana® Cluster 5, you can configure it similarly as you configure the other clusters.
