Use this procedure to disable all unused network adapters or Network Interface Cards (NICs) to improve network communications and prevent the erroneous configuration of unused NICs during the Omnichannel server commissioning.
Procedure
Log on to the server.
Click Start > Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center.
In the navigation pane, click Change adapter settings
Right-click the unused network adapter and click Disable.
Repeat Step 4 to disable all unused network adapters.
