Use this procedure to create a SIP entity between the Session Border Controller internal interface and agent Session Manager on the agent System Manager.
Procedure
On the System Manager web console, click Elements > Routing > SIP Entities.
On the SIP Entities page, click New.
In the Name field, enter a name for the SIP entity.
In the FQDN or IP Address field, enter the FQDN or IP address of the SIP entity.
