Configuring a REST relay service for Avaya Analytics real-time reporting

About this task

Use this procedure to configure a REST relay service for Avaya Analytics™ real-time reporting.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the EMS web interface with administrator credentials.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Device Specific Settings > DMZ Services > Relay Services.
  3. On the Reverse Proxy tab, click Add.
  4. On the Add Reverse Proxy Profile page, do the following:
    1. In the Service Name field, type the reverse proxy profile name.

      For example, analytics-realtime_8443.

    2. Select the Enabled check box.
    3. In the Listen IP field, select the B1 external network and then select the B1 IP address used for the relay.
    4. In the Listen Port field, type the Avaya Analytics™ real-time REST port number as 8443.
    5. In the Listen Protocol field, click HTTPS.
    6. In the Listen TLS Profile field, select the server profile associated with the B1 interface.
    7. Leave the Listen Domain field blank.
    8. In the Connect IP field, select the internal A1 network and then select the A1 interface IP address used for the relay.
    9. In the Server Protocol field, click HTTPS.
    10. In the Server TLS Profile field, select the client profile you previously created for the internal A1 interface.
    11. In the Reverse Proxy Policy Profile field, select the default reverse proxy policy profile.
    12. In the Server Addresses field, type the internal firewall IP address assigned to the Avaya Analytics™ real-time reporting server and port number 8443.
    13. In the Whitelisted URL field type /sources.
    14. Click Finish.
