Finding the Avaya Control Manager SQL Server domain user

About this task

Use this procedure to find the Avaya Control Manager SQL Server domain user with administrative rights for all machines in the cluster.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Avaya Control Manager server.
  2. Click windows and locate and open Microsoft SQL Server N > SQL Server Configuration Manager where N is the installed version of MS SQL.

    • Alternatively: Press windows+R and enter compmgmt.msc to start Computer Management. Expand Services and Applications and locate SQL Server Configuration Manager.

  3. Click SQL Server Services.
  4. Locate the Log On As column entry for the SQL Server service.
  5. Note the user name of the SQL Server domain user.
