Transport Layer Security (TLS) is a cryptographic protocol that increases computer network security. The solution supports TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.2. By default, when you deploy the solution, TLS 1.0 is configured.

You can use the following options to change the TLS versions:

• Globally from Avaya Aura® System Manager

• Through the Cluster Editor page in the System Manager

Setting TLS is a security requirement for internal and external communications with databases and LDAP.
