Avaya Analytics Installation and migration on DC1

Use the following checklist for upgrading Avaya Analytics™ . The following table has a high level procedure to install Avaya Analytics™ version 4.3.1.1 at DC1 and start data migration from DC2 to DC1.

Note:

For this release, Avaya Analytics™ 4.3.1.1 is supported.

Important:
Avaya Analytics™ supports migration from:
  • versions 4.0.0.1, 4.1.0.1, 4.1.1.0 and 4.1.2.0 to 4.2

  • versions 4.1.1.0 and 4.1.2.0 to 4.3.1.1

    Avaya Analytics™ does NOT support the migration from versions 4.0.0.1, 4.1.0.1 to 4.3.1.1.

Promote DC2 Avaya Analytics™ as Primary and configure DC1 Avaya Analytics™ version 4.3.1.1 as Standby.

Refer Promoting Avaya Analytics on DC2 as primary and configuring Avaya Analytics on DC1 as standby.
