Use this procedure to upgrade the Omnichannel server in the following order:
Upgrade Omnichannel server A
Upgrade Omnichannel server B
Important:
You must install, run, and patch the Omnichannel server software using a Windows Administrator account with full Administrator privileges. You must run the Oceana Data Management Tool using this same account.
Procedure
Log in to the Omnichannel server A.
Right-click the OCEANA_x.x.xxx.iso file and click Mount.
Double-click the Setup.exe file.
If the installer prompts you to restart the server, click Yes.
Click Next.
On the AVAYA GLOBAL SOFTWARE LICENSE TERMS screen, click I ACCEPT THE LICENSE TERMS.
After the installation is complete, click Restart.
