Important:

Avaya Analytics™ supports migration from:

versions 4.0.0.1, 4.1.0.1, 4.1.1.0 and 4.1.2.0 to 4.2
versions 4.1.1.0 and 4.1.2.0 to 4.3.1.1

Avaya Analytics™ does NOT support the migration from versions 4.0.0.1, 4.1.0.1 to 4.3.1.1.
