About this task
Use this procedure to set the primary site MessagingService on Avaya Oceana® Cluster 3 to true.
If the SMS, Social, or Async channels are not deployed on Avaya Oceana®, you can skip this procedure.
Note:
You must configure the customer-deployed SMS, Social, or Async front-end applications to point to the Oceana DR system. The deployment instructions are beyond the scope of this guide, as each deployment utilizes different methods to integrate into the Oceana back-end systems.
