Configure the primary site email shutdown

About this task

Use this procedure to set the primary site EmailService on Avaya Oceana® Cluster 3 to false.

If the email channel is not deployed on Avaya Oceana®, you can skip this procedure.

Procedure

  1. On the System Manager web console, click Elements > Avaya Breeze® > Configuration > Attributes.
  2. On the primary site Service Clusters tab, do the following:
    1. Cluster: Select primary Avaya Oceana® Cluster 3.
    2. Service: Select EmailService.
  3. In the Deployment status of emailmanager field, do the following:
    1. Select the Override Default check box.
    2. In the Effective Value field, change the value from true to false.
  4. Click Commit.
