Procedure

  1. Log in to the EMS web interface with administrator credentials.
  2. On the Device menu, select the Avaya SBC instance.
  3. In the navigation pane, click Network & Flows > End Point Flows.

The application pane displays the list of existing devices, while the content pane provides subscriber flow and server flow information about the selected device.

  4. Click the Server Flows tab and click Add.

The application pane displays the Add Flow window.

  5. In the Flow Name field, enter a name for the server flow.
  6. In the SIP Server Profile field, select the Remote Branch Office server.
  7. In the Received Interface field, select the interface configured for the Branch Session Manager.
  8. In the Routing Profile field, select the routing profile that contains SNI rules for each core Session Manager.

When multiple Branch Session Managers are used, all Branch Session Manager server flows use the same routing profile.

  9. In the Topology Hiding profile field, set the appropriate value depending on the server.

This field changes the SIP message headers sent to the next hop server.

  10. Leave the remaining fields to the default values.
  11. Click Finish.
