About this task

Use this procedure only when Avaya SBC is unreachable while changing the primary EMS IP address.

Procedure

  1. Log in the EMS web interface as a super user.
  2. Type sbceconfigurator.py change-ems-ip <EMS_OLD_IP> <EMS_NEW_IP> and press Enter.
