Avaya SBC supports an external Avaya Aura® Media Server, which supports both transrating and transcoding, and also supports Avaya Aura® Media Server in high availability mode. For setting up Avaya Aura® Media Server with high availability, configure at least two Avaya Aura® Media Server instances. If you require load balancing, choose Round Robin or Load Factor in the Load Balancing field when configuring the routing profile.
