Adding a session flow for the Recording Server

Procedure

  1. Log in to the EMS web interface with administrator credentials.
  2. From the Device menu, click the SBC name to administer.
  3. Navigate to Network & Flows > Session Flows.

    The content area displays the currently defined session flows.

  4. Click Add.

    The EMS server displays the Add Flows screen.

  5. In the Flow Name field, type the name of the session flow.
  6. In the URI Group #1 and URI Group # 2 field, select the URI group policy to identify the source or destination of the call.

    You can use the URI Group #1 and URI Group # 2 fields to restrict the calls that Avaya SBC records.

    For recording all calls, leave the default value * in the URI Group #1 and URI Group # 2 fields.

  7. In the Subnet #1 and Subnet #2 fields, type the subnet addresses.

    You can specify the source and destination subnet addresses in the Subnet #1 and Subnet #2 fields.

    For recording all calls, leave the default value * in the Subnet #1 and Subnet # 2 fields.

  8. In the SBC IP Address field, select the network name and IP address of the Avaya SBC.
  9. In the Session Policy field, select the session policy that you created for the Recording Server.
  10. Click Finish.
