Configuring ELIN Gateway

About this task

You must configure ELIN Gateway for each MS Teams customer.

Before you begin

Ensure that you enable the ELIN feature.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the EMS web interface with administrator credentials.
  2. From the Device menu, click the SBC name to administer.
  3. In the navigation pane, click Network & Flows > End Point Flows.

    In the content area, the EMS server displays an ordered list of call flows, Subscriber or Server, for the selected Avaya SBC security devices.

  4. Click the Server Flows tab.
  5. Select the server flow whose SIP server profile is the MS Teams server and click Edit.
  6. Select the ELIN Gateway check box.
  7. In the Callback Timeout field, select a value from 10 to 40 minutes.

    The default value is 20 minutes.

    Callback timeout determines how long ELIN to Caller number mapping should be kept after the call is disconnected.

  8. Click Finish.
