Creating the tenant configuration profile

Procedure

  1. Log in to the EMS web interface with administrator credentials.
  2. From the Device menu, click the SBC name to administer.
  3. In the navigation pane, click Configuration Profiles > Tenant Configuration.
  4. In the application pane, click Add.
  5. Enter the values in the fields, and click Finish.

    For more information about the fields, see Tenant Configuration field descriptions.

Result

The application pane displays the newly created tenant configuration profile, and the content pane displays the parameters for the tenant configuration profile.

To generate telemetry reports after you create a tenant configuration profile, you must configure the Tenant Configuration Profile field of the server flow created for MS Teams. For more information, see Editing an existing server flow.
