Adding a flow to a task in Orchestration
About this task
To make a flow available to the customer, you must link it to the correspondent task in Orchestration. If you configure a flow to provide wait treatment for customers, connect the flow with the Give Treatment task. For customer identification, queuing, and attribute collection, you must link the flow to the Start Automation task.
Before you begin
Create a flow and note the flow name. You require the flow name to find it in the corresponding task in Orchestration.
