You can configure what questions in a flow provide values for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud customer identification keys. You can select the same key for multiple questions.
Before you begin
Add questions to a flow for collecting information relevant to customer identification keys.
Procedure
Locate the relevant flow and click .
In the top navigation bar, click the Integrations tab.
Locate the Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud integration and click .
Automation displays the Queue, Attributes, and Customer Identification tabs.
Click the Customer Identification tab.
In the Question column, locate the question to add a customer identification key.
In the Key column, select the required key.
Automation sends a customer answer to the selected question as the key value to Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud.
Repeat steps 5-6 for all questions to which you want to link keys.
