You can generate and view a report that uses interval-based measures. These reports do not include data from the current 15-minute interval until you run data aggregation for the interval. By default, report caching settings are set to 15 minutes.
Procedure
Log in to Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud.
Click Historical Reporting.
On the Home page, in the navigation pane, click Shared Reports.
In the content pane, click Standard Historical Reports.
Click Reports.
Click Interval.
On the input prompts, specify the values.
Click Run Report.
Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud displays the report summary page based on the values specified in the input prompts.
