Enabling Forward all company calls

About this task

Enable Forward all company calls (FACC) to forward all incoming calls directed to your primary company to a phone number, a greeting, or voicemail.

Before you begin

Ensure that the server administrator has configured FACC on your phone.

Procedure

  1. Press Main menu.
  2. Scroll to Features and press one of the following:

    • Select

    • OK

    • The corresponding line key

  3. Scroll to Forward all company calls and press one of the following:

    • Select

    • OK

    • The corresponding line key

    The green LED turns on, indicating that FACC is active.
