Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.
Procedure
In the navigation tree, click Element Inventory.
On the Elements page, click New > SAML.
In the Name field, type a name for the chat connector element.
In the Display Name field, enter Enter the display name for the SAML Server.
Under MetaData File, click Select XML File to select the metadata file from the SAML identity provider, and click Upload.
For example, if you use Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) as your SAML identity provider, you must first download the federation metadata .xml file from the ADFS server.
