Create templates to handle interactions. Agents can use these quick text templates to respond to customers. You can use text templates to save time and maintain consistency.
Before you begin
Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator or a supervisor.
Procedure
In the navigation tree, click Templates > Quick Text.
On the Quick Text Templates page, click Create.
On the New Quick Text Template, fill in the fields.
Click Save.
You can see the newly created text template on the Quick Text Templates page.
