The maximum number of characters for a tenant of email channel is 65,535.
Associate Template with Queue
Associate a quick text template to a queue or multiple queues.
The associated quick text templates are displayed to agents on the Digital Library widget as suggested responses in Avaya Workspaces.
Account administrators can associate templates using one of the following options:
All Queues: Associate a template to all the queues that are defined in the Application Center Administration including the default queues.
Search for a specific queue.
Save
Click to save the details.
Save and Publish
Click to save the details and make the template visible to agents.
