As an administrator, you can configure the Voice interations with live transcription for Agent Assist as follows:
Layout Manager, add the Voice layout as an existing or new layout.
Import the Realtime Transcript widget for Agent Assist. You must add the Realtime Transcript widget for the voice interactions to work.
In the Customize tab, add the transcript widget to one of the available UI slots. Ensure the Agent Assist widget is assigned to a different UI slot for the transcription to succeed.
