Creating a workflow to redirect incoming WebRTC calls to the BYOC-Hybrid trunk

About this task

You can create a new workflow to redirect incoming WebRTC calls to the BYOC-Hybrid trunk using the Redirect to External task.

Before you begin

  • Ensure that you log in to Orchestration as an account administrator.

  • Ensure that a BYOC-Hybrid trunk is available.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Designer.
  2. On the Designer palette, click Redirect to External to add to the workflow and drag the task to its correct location on the canvas.
  3. Double-click the Redirect to External task.

    Orchestration displays the Properties pane.

  4. In the Label field, type a unique name for the task.

    For example, RedirectToBYOC-Hybrid.

  5. In the Add short description field, type a description.

    For example, Redirect WebRTC customers to BYOC-Hybrid.

  6. In the Destination type field, select E.164.
  7. In the Destination address field, type the destination address of the appropriate BYOC-Hybrid trunk.

    The format is +<country code>-<subscriber number with an area code>. The number of digits is from 11 to 15. For example, +11234567890.

  8. Click Save.
