Viewing customer details in Avaya Workspaces

About this task

The agent logged in to Avaya Workspaces can view the customer details of the incoming Direct Inward Dialing (DID) call, which includes the User to User Information (UUI). The custom widget displays the reference number based on the Context Data configured in the Redirect To External task in Orchestration.

Before you begin

Ensure to log in to Avaya Workspaces as an Avaya Experience Platform™ On-Prem agent.

Procedure

  1. To answer the DID call, click accept call icon.

    You can view the customer details and the UUI on the Customer Details page.

  2. To view the customer reference number, click the AXP-journey tab.
