You can configure the hybrid voice location profile properties, such as ISO location, media latching, and list of asset addresses of Session Manager.
Before you begin
Ensure to log in to Application Center Administration as the account administrator.
Ensure that your system administrator includes your account in the Hybrid Voice Location Profile feature toggle.
Procedure
In the navigation tree, click Hybrid Voice > Location Profiles.
On the Location Profiles page, click New Location Profile.
Application Center Administration displays the New Location Profile page.
In the Profile Name field, enter the name of the profile.
In the Description field, enter the profile description.
In the ISO Location section, select the country from the Country list and select the specific region from the Region list.
Toggle the Media Latching switch to enable or disable media latching.
Note:
By default, the Media Latching switch is enabled.
Optional In the List of SIP Server Addresses field, enter the Session Manager Asset IP addresses or Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) or public IP addresses or FQDN of Avaya Session Border Controller (Avaya SBC) with which Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway communicates.
Note:
You can add multiple Session Manager Asset IP addresses or FQDNs or multiple Avaya SBC IP addresses or public FQDNs.
If the SIP addresses are not configured, the SIP addresses configured for the Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway element are used.
At the top of the New Location Profile page, click Save.
Repeat the above steps to configure multiple location profiles.
