Deleting unused extensions

About this task

You can delete an extension number not used or mapped to a login ID.

Before you begin

  • Ensure that you have an account with the Hybrid Voice feature enabled.

  • Ensure to log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Hybrid Voice > Extensions.
  2. On the Extension Manager page, from the Avaya Communication Manager list, select a Communication Manager element to display the available extensions.
  3. To delete an extension number not used or mapped to a login ID, click the Delete icon.
  4. In the confirmation window, click Delete.
