Logging in to Application Center Administration for the first time

About this task

When you log in to Application Center Administration for the first time, you must change your password. After you change your password, the administration dashboard displays.

Some default configuration exists in Application Center Administration after you first log in with the account administrator details Avaya provides. For example, your account exists, and connectors are configured depending on your order.

Procedure

  1. In the address bar of the browser, enter the URL provided by Avaya Support.
  2. In the Username field, type your username.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Accept the security banner.
  5. In the Password field, type your password.
  6. Click Sign In.

    Application Center Administration displays the Change password page.

  7. In the New password field, type your new password.
  8. In the Confirm your password field, type your new password again.
  9. Click Change password.
  10. Click Administration.

    You can see the Application Center Administration home page. The home page allows you to quickly access the different areas of Application Center Administration and start configuring your contact center.
