You can delete the existing categories if the categories are not assigned to users. Deleting categories deletes all of the attributes associated with it.
Before you begin
Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.
Procedure
In the navigation tree, click Contact Center > Attributes.
Do one of the following:
To delete an individual attribute category, in the row of the category to delete, click and then click Delete.
To delete multiple attribute categories, select the required categories and click Delete.
