Configuring a Facebook account's routing settings
About this task
Account administrators can configure the routing settings for a Facebook account so that contact center agents of a specified queue can interact with their customers on the Facebook social media channel.
Before you begin
Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.
Procedure
- In the navigation tree, click .
- On the Messaging Integrations page, click the Facebook tab.
- To configure a the account routing settings of Facebook, click
and select Configure routing settings. - On the Routing Configuration Settings page, fill in the relevant fields.
- Click Save.
