Editing a UX profile

About this task

Edit a UX profile to change the layout assigned to a user profile and update the common settings. For example, you can prevent your agents from downloading log files. You cannot edit the default UX profile.

Before you begin

Ensure that you add at least one UX profile.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Workspaces > UX Profiles.
  2. For the UX profile to edit, click the Edit icon.
  3. On the Profile Details tab, update the configuration.
  4. Click the General tab and update the configuration.
  5. Click the Notifications tab and update the configuration.
  6. Click the Widget Configuration tab and update the configuration.
  7. Click Save.
