Configuring customer identification

About this task

You can configure what questions in a flow provide values for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud customer identification keys. You can select the same key for multiple questions.

Before you begin

Add questions to a flow for collecting information relevant to customer identification keys.

Procedure

  1. Locate the relevant flow and click the Edit icon.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the Integrations tab.
  3. Locate the Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud integration and click the Edit icon.

    Automation displays the Queue, Attributes, and Customer Identification tabs.

  4. Click the Customer Identification tab.
  5. In the Question column, locate the question to add a customer identification key.
  6. In the Key column, select the required key.

    Automation sends a customer answer to the selected question as the key value to Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud.

  7. Repeat steps 5-6 for all questions to which you want to link keys.
  8. Click the Save icon.
