You can use the OneCloud Callback Delivery Customer First workflow to create a callback delivery workflow. The OneCloud Callback Delivery Customer First workflow is a read-only default Orchestration workflow. It is ready to use and you do not need to configure it. OneCloud Callback Delivery Customer First contains a Start Automation task labeled as CallbackConfirmation and is used for contacting the customer and confirming if the customer is ready for the callback. The OneCloud Callback Delivery Customer First uses OneCloud Confirm Callback Self Service, the default self-service flow for delivering the callback.
You can also build a new workflow and customize it for your business needs.
