Replying with a suggested response

About this task

You can use suggested responses to quickly send information articles in an interaction. You can paste and send the response directly or copy it for later.

Procedure

To expand the Suggested Responses pane, click .
Identify the response type to send from the following:
- Knowledge Base, indicated with .
- Frequently Asked Questions, indicated with .
The latest suggestions appear at the top of the list indicated with a blue mark.
To reply with the response, select one of the following:
- To copy the response to the clipboard, click .
  
  You can type a message and paste the suggested response in the same reply.
- To paste and send the response directly into the interaction, click .
  
  You cannot edit the message before sending it when you click .
