Switching from one interaction card to another

About this task

You must switch between interaction cards to communicate with different customers when you receive multiple interactions simultaneously. Use the following procedure to switch from one interaction card to another.

Procedure

  1. Click the header of the interaction card to switch.

    Avaya Workspaces brings that interaction card into focus.

  2. Optional When you have multiple interaction cards and you cannot view all the cards simultaneously due to the screen width, select the non-active interaction card to bring the interaction card into focus. You can select the non-active interaction from the carousel control available on either side of the interaction card area.
