Adding a new dashboard

About this task

Add a new real-time reporting dashboard to monitor your contact center statistics on your contact center. A dashboard is a collection of one or more real-time data views.

By default, all new dashboards are private and visible only to the user that creates them.

Before you begin

Create at least one view.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Realtime Reporting.
  2. Click the Dashboard Preferences icon.
  3. Click Dashboard Manager.
  4. On the Dashboard Manager page, click the Add New icon.
  5. In the Name field, type a name for the new dashboard.
  6. In the Description field, type the description of the new dashboard.
  7. To display name on the dashboard, enable the Display name on dashboard switch.
  8. To share the dashboard, enable the Shared switch.

    The option is available only to the reporting administrator.

  9. To select a view to add to the new dashboard, click Add View Item.
  10. In the View list, select the required view and click Add.
  11. To add more views, repeat steps 4 to 10.

    If you add multiple views, you can drag and drop the added views to update the dashboard layout.

  12. Click Save.
